- [ ] Passport valid for more then 6 months
- [ ] Visa – if needed
- [ ] Yellow fever vaccination – if needed
- [ ] Travel debit &/or credit card
- [ ] Get an international Visa card or Mastercard
- [ ] Know your cards PIN
- [ ] Tell your bank where you’re travelling and when!
- [ ] Make sure you have access to the two factpr authentification number saved in your bank account
- [ ] Travel insurance
- [ ] Luggage or Backpack- not overpacked?
- [ ] Airtag for your luggage(best insurance ever)
- [ ] Accomodation + confirmation of reservation for at least the first few nights
- [ ] Onward flight
- [ ] Little card with emergency contacts for if your phone gets stolen
- [ ] Offline google maps for your first stop
- [ ] Information on how to get from the airport to your accomodation
- [ ] Already some local currency cash or strong currencies(e.g.dollar, euro) cash
- [ ] Knowledge on how to take a taxi safely (e.g. local taxi/uber/cabify apps installed)
- [ ] Western Union, worldremit & wise installed and ready for use
- [ ] Offline currency conversion app
- [ ] Offline google translate
- [ ] Know how to say Basic words in local language(e.g. Hello, please, thanks, how much?, yes, no, toilet…)
